Return Policy

We are a small shop, and shipping skis is expensive. To keep prices fair for everyone, we keep our return policy simple.
Used Gear
All used gear is final sale. No returns or exchanges on used skis, boots, bindings, poles, or any other used items.
In-Store Returns Only
All returns must be made in store, even if the item was purchased online.
New Gear Return Window
New, unused items may be eligible for return within 14 days of the date of delivery or in-store pickup. To qualify, the item must be unused and in resellable condition, include original packaging, tags, and all accessories, and not fall under any final sale category listed in this policy.
Mounted Bindings
If bindings have been mounted, drilled, or installed on skis, the skis are considered used and are final sale.
Return Type
Qualifying returns are issued as store credit or an exchange. We do not issue cash or card refunds.
Shipping and Delivery Fees
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Oversized Item Return Shipping
You are responsible for return shipping fees on oversized items (skis, snowboards, and similar large shipments) if you refuse a delivery without inspection, miss a delivery appointment, or return a non-defective, undamaged item.
Damaged or Wrong Item
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and keep all original packaging. We will work with you to make it right.
